What is the Vidivet app?
We have recently partnered with Vidivet to give all of our clients 24 hour access to a vet via the Vidivet app if ever they have any queries about their pets.
When using the app you will receive answers from UK registered vets within minutes. You will be given advice and peace of mind knowing that you have spoken with a vet.
Maybe you are unsure if your pet needs to go to an emergency out of hours provider or if you have queries about medication, the app is there to help.
Think of it as NHS 111 for your pets. If you are worried about your pet once we are closed, or even if you have a question when we are open, you can send your query to a vet on the VidiVet app and get a personalised video response direct to your phone for immediate advice!
Vidivet keep us in the loop and provide a handover when you have contacted them so we are aware of any updates if and when we need to help.
The Vidivet app is completely free whenever you need it and is a great tool to have on hand for any pet owners. You can download the app using the QR code or you can use the link below.
