Repeat Medication

If your pet has been prescribed medication by the vet that they need to stay on long term or for an extended period of time then you will be able to order their repeat medication. This is within reason, we do have to see your pet regularly, ideally every three months, if not sooner. Depending on the medication and whether or not your pet is due for a review or a blood test then you will be eligible to order your pet’s medication over the phone or by coming in to the surgery.

How To Order Repeat Medication

  • Please place your order either over the phone or in surgery.
  • Inform the staff of any of the repeat medication that you pet requires. Please be aware that some items may be pet specific and may not be available to you until the following working day.
  • Please leave enough time for the surgery to acquire your pet’s medication before they are to run out, do not leave ordering repeats until the last minute.
  • We would appreciate if medication is ordered at least a minimum of 24 hours before being collected. This ensures that we have the medication in stock, checked and ready for collection.
