Out of hours
Emergency Care
For any emergency out of hours cover we use a company called Vets Now. If you require any out of hours treatment for your pet in the event of an emergency you need to call Vets Now on 01492 338082. Their premises is located in Prospect House, 110 Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay, LL29 7PS.
Vets Now operates between the hours of 7pm until 8am Monday to Friday and from Midday Saturday until 8am Monday morning.
Overnight Care For Pets
The overnight care would be provided by a dedicated veterinary team made up of veterinarians and nursing staff provided by Vets Now. On the premises during the hours between 7pm and 8am, there will always be veterinarian available to attend to any emergencies outside of normal working hours
Once your pet has been seen by a member of the Vets Now Team and treated for their immediate care it is always advisable to return to your normal vet the following morning where we will have received the clinical notes from Vets Now.
